Membership Terms and Conditions
Assemblage@Stratus is based on a one-year term from the date of registration. Notification of annual renewal will be sent automatically 30 days prior to the expiration of the membership. Membership renewal will require an annual confirmation.

Seasons@Stratus is based on a continual, quarterly term that does not require renewal. To cease your Seasons@Stratus membership, contact us 30 days prior to the next seasonal shipment.

Membership Fees are non-refundable after the 'Case for Membership' (12-bottle allotment) or seasonal shipment has been fulfilled.
Membership is limited to shipping addresses within Ontario as Provincial and Federal laws prevent us from shipping outside of the province. Special consideration will be given to Member inquiries that agree to 'pick up' orders at the winery.
Shipping is included in the annual "member case" for Assemblage@Stratus and for each quarterly, 3-pack for Seasons@Stratus.
Shipping
Shipping fees for additional Wine Club member orders are $15 inclusive of taxes per case. Cases are calculated based on 1-12 bottle increments.
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
By federal legislation, wine must be received and signed for by persons 19 years of age or older.
Privacy
Stratus Vineyards will not share any of your personal information. Your member profile and customer history allow us to improve our service in the tracking and managing of wine allocations and orders.
Credit card information is not viewed or stored by Stratus Vineyards. Credit card transactions are secure and are handled by Entrust and Global Payments.
