Cheese Boutique Comes to Stratus

Cheese Boutique Comes to Stratus –

Hosted by Afrim Pristine, you will not want to miss the third annual Cheese Boutique @ Stratus next Saturday June 15.  If you love cheese and wine and want to know more, discover more and taste more, book your tickets now as seating is limited.

Born into his father’s cheese shop originally in Bloor West Village (1970),  Afrim’s energy and passion for fine domestic and international cheeses have earned him numerous awards and accolades…most recently the title of “Maître Fromager” by the France-based Guilde Internationale des Fromagers – an exclusive association representing more than 5,000 cheese aficionados  around the world.  The best dining rooms, the most prestigious events and your most successful parties have likely had Afrim’s deft hand in selecting  and perhaps ageing the cheeses showcased.

Just back from Fromage Mondial,  in France’s  Loire Valley, Afrim will entertain and educate you and your tastebuds on all things cheese – from where they were made, the historical significance of their provenance right through to the diets of the goats, sheep or cows from which the milk was sourced.  A bright, fitting and delicious selection of new releases from Stratus will accompany each cheese.

If you’ve joined us before, join us again.  If you haven’t had this exclusive opportunity, take it.  Afrim is a master storyteller and the setting, cheeses and wines will make for a perfect Saturday afternoon!  Saturday June 15, 2013 – 1 pm.
