In recognition of this, we’ve decided to bring this dinner back once again Thursday January 27, 2022. It has some of the same flavors with a few twists of the cork by way of new vintages.

These wines are perfectly paired with a live and interactive experience with our Executive Chef John Sinopoliand Stratus Winemakers J-L Groux and Dean Stoyka whose winemaking approach and energy reflects the Future of Traditions.
