Free run juice from Cabernet Franc takes on just a hint of pink from the skins as it flows by gravity into stainless steel vats immediately upon picking. The resulting wine is fresh, elegant and complex and true to its Cabernet Franc roots.
Exuding a harmoniously flavored bouquet of candied fruits, lavender, lilac, and eucalyptus, this youthful Cab Franc playfully welcomes the warm weather. On the palate, notes of fresh strawberry and peach round out the summer salinity and zippy acidity. Our dry rose ends with a long, and refreshingly herbaceous finish.
