30-Mile Dinner @ Stratus

Explore the bounty of Niagara and the joy of eating local. Chef Stephen Treadwell of Treadwell Farm to Table Cuisine presents a five-course dinner sourced entirely from growers and artisanal producers within a 30-mile radius of Stratus. Wines that reflect the complexity of the Stratus vineyard will be paired to “quench your thirst” for sustainable dining.

Vineyard Deconstructed @ Stratus

A unique dining experience that explores the complexity and diversity of the Stratus vine. Overlooking the vineyard, enjoy innovative and distinctive fare furnished by the deconstructed vine: grapeseed oil, vinifera flour, smoked grapevine cuttings, grape leaves and pumice. Paired with Stratus’ artisanal wines, this culinary concept celebrates the sum total of the vine and its individual parts.
