The Stratus hospitality program is based on exclusive wine, food and lifestyle experiences. Specializing in gourmet wine-and food-centric entertaining for private groups, event concepts range from regionally inspired tasting menus through to interactive team challenges, tailored to suit.

Virtual Wine Tastings

Connect, educate and thank clients and colleagues through local, sustainable and outstanding wine.  A Stratus ambassador will dial in to the digital platform of your choice and uncork some ‘virtual’ fun. The Stratus host will lead a conversational style tasting based on the group dynamics and level of wine appreciation.

The Chemistry of Wine + Cuisine

Treadwell ‘farm to table’ Cuisine will present four courses specifically designed to highlight core elements such as salt, sugar, acid, fat and protein. Alongside, Stratus will present four to six wines that enhance, balance or counterbalance these core elements.

Stratus’ Food Web

A unique dining experience that explores the complexity and diversity of the Stratus vine. Explore the Stratus vineyard through the practices we employ to preserve the natural food web of our farm as Chef, Sommelier and Farmer, Ryan Crawford creatively incorporates them into five distinctive courses. Vines and wines to match each course.

Food Stations

A dynamic reception-style experience hosted throughout the award-winning hospitality spaces. This dining format is ideal for networking and guest interaction.

An exploration of the art of assemblage, for which Stratus is best known, where the sum total is greater than the individual parts. Participants are invited to create blended wines from individual barrel lots in keeping with this philosophy.
